Managing Partner
at Kirchhoff since June 2022

Vincent Furnari bridges two worlds that rarely intersect in ESG consulting: the disciplines of capital markets and CFO decision-making, on the one hand, and sustainability strategy on the other. His focus is on translating ESG factors into measurable value drivers for M&A transactions, financing, and ownership transitions. As Managing Partner of Kirchhoff Consult GmbH and Practice Head of ESG at Team Farner, he oversees Kirchhoff’s Value Enhancement proposition, serving mid-cap companies, family-owned businesses, and private equity portfolio companies.

“ESG has long been a deal factor in the mid-cap segment – not because regulation requires it, but because buyers, banks, and LP investors base their decisions on it.”
