MOMENI: Generative Video AI

No one at MOMENI expected this surprise - and that was exactly the plan. Based on a humorous series of clips, we developed a special Christmas edition for social media and mailing. Concept, storyboard, script, production, and execution were all handled entirely by our team. A live-action shoot met generative AI - including a seamlessly integrated reindeer. The result: strong engagement and plenty of likes - a Christmas greeting with a sprinkle of surprise.

A reindeer in the office? We can make it happen!

Capturing attention during the Christmas season is anything but easy - channels are flooded with festive content. All the more reason to stand out clearly. So we let an AI-generated reindeer wander through out client MOMENI's office. We developed the concept, planned and produced the AI sequences, and handled the on-location shoot. With a creative idea and precise execution, the result was a humorous Christmas film guaranteed to bring a sile to your face.

Ahead of production, we explored and tested a range of AI workflows to ensure a consistent visual language and a high-quality outcome.

Detailed planning

With precise storyboards, timetables, and run-of-show plans, we prepared the shoot down to the minute to efficiently capture all people and scenes.

Pre-production powered by multiple tools

As a basis for the reindeer scenes, we used so-called start frames derived from the filmed material. These defined the look, perspective, and positioning of the reindeer within the room. In the next step, these frames were further developed using Midjourney and precisely crafted prompts, and subsequently translated into motion.

Generative AI + traditional production

The production combined live-action footage with generatively created scenes to form a cohesive overall result. While filming on location in a traditional way, we simultaneously developed the AI sequences and seamlessly integrated them into the existing material. The result is a hybrid production where technology and craftsmanship work hand in hand - creatively driven, precisely planned, and flawlessly executed.
