Godewind Immobilien AG was a portfolio holder specialising in office properties. With a clear business model and experienced management, the company prepared for its IPO – and we provided support. At that time, Godewind Immobilien did not yet own any real estate. With convincing messages and intensive investor and public relations activities, we created trust on the capital market. In spring 2020, the short but successful capital market story ended with the friendly takeover by a French real estate group – also for us the conclusion of an exciting cooperation.
