Jens Hecht is widely regarded as one of the most experienced consultants advising on IPOs, investor relations, and financial communications in the German-speaking world. Since 1995, he has been advising mid-cap and publicly traded companies on capital market transactions, initial public offerings, and the development of compelling equity stories. He has successfully guided more than 30 companies through their IPOs. As Managing Partner of Kirchhoff Consult GmbH, Jens Hecht combines many years of capital markets experience with strategic communication skills and expertise in financial reporting, ESG, and sustainable finance. He is a speaker at industry events and has authored and co-authored numerous studies and articles on capital markets, investor relations, and ESG.

Jens Hecht, CFA, has been advising mid-cap and publicly traded companies since 1995 in the areas of corporate finance, the preparation and execution of capital market transactions, investor relations, and financial reporting. He has supported more than 30 successful initial public offerings (IPOs) and advised numerous DAX, MDAX, SDAX, and TecDAX companies on their capital markets communications.

Jens Hecht has been with Kirchhoff Consult since 2000. Prior to that, he spent four years at the corporate finance boutique Blättchen & Partner AG in Leonberg, where he advised companies on preparing for and executing equity financings, with a particular focus on initial public offerings (IPOs).

As a Managing Partner, he combines many years of capital markets experience with proven expertise in investor relations, ESG, and financial communications. His current areas of focus include initial public offerings (IPOs) and reverse IPOs, the building blocks of a compelling equity story, the transparency of earnings guidance, and the use of digital channels for investor relations.

Jens Hecht is the author and co-author of numerous studies and articles on capital markets, investor relations, and ESG. These include analyses of IPOs in Germany and the United States, ESG reporting in IPO prospectuses, the transparency of earnings forecasts among DAX 40 companies, and the use of social media in investor relations.
