The Munich-based start-up Mynaric is considered a promising pioneer in the communications industry with its laser technology for the transmission of large amounts of data. With a convincing equity story, we placed Mynaric in all target media and, thanks to the excellent media presence, contributed to the share being oversubscribed several times at the IPO.

CONVINCING STORY
Thanks to intensive IPO consulting and press work, we successfully led Mynaric to the listing on the stock exchange. The equity story hits the pulse of the time: Mynaric AG was the largest IPO in the scale segment in 2017. In addition to press and public relations work, we supported Mynaric in investor communications, designed the investor relations section of the website and set up the necessary reporting structures together with the company.
