Kirchhoff Consult further expands presence with new office in Frankfurt

Kirchhoff Consult, Germany's largest partner-led financial communications and ESG consultancy, is strengthening its capital markets support and IPO advisory services with a new office in Frankfurt. The office will be headed by Mario Groß, CIIA/CEFA analyst, long-time equity banker and Head of Investor Relations/Corporate Communications.

Kirchhoff Consult has handled more than 400 capital market communications mandates, managed more than 1,000 annual and sustainability reports, and successfully accompanied more than 70 companies to the stock exchange. Several times, Kirchhoff Consult has been recognized as one of the leading consultancies for IPO support and financial communications in the EMEA region. The team consists of CFA and CIIA/CEFA analysts, former IR/PR managers, journalists and investment bankers as well as ESG experts.

Mario Groß initially worked as an editor at Handelsblatt and as a consultant at Kirchhoff before joining the European Energy Exchange as press spokesman. He then spent twelve years in the equities business of the major British bank HSBC, most recently as Director and Head of Corporate Access Germany. The 49-year-old gained extensive experience in investor relations as Vice President IR and Head of Investor and Public Relations at Corestate Capital and the Adler Group. He has been back on board at Kirchhoff as Director since 2022.
