Webcast,
CSRD: How has it been implemented – and what's next?
Around 10,000 companies have reported for the 2024 financial year for the first time based on the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS). We have examined how the requirements of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) have been implemented and identified best practice examples and weaknesses in reporting.
However, the CSRD has still not been transposed into German law, and the delay is associated with a high degree of legal uncertainty for companies currently and in the future required to report. So how do we proceed? How can companies prepare for the reporting process in the most efficient and future-oriented way possible?
In our Capital Market Partner Webcast with Deutsche Börse Cash Market, Claudia Herzog-Kamensky and Julian von Pressentin provide an overview of current CSRD reporting practices. They will also explain how to find a pragmatic approach to the current situation – and at the same time meet the demands of the capital market.
We will be happy to send you the presentation of this webcast if required. Please send an email to Julian.von.Pressentin@kirchhoff.de (German Only).
