Doing the right thing!

Code of cunduct

Communicating rules of conduct requires a keen sense for both text and design. A good Code of Conduct is understood and internalized by all employees worldwide. For our globally active client Hilti, we relied on the communicative power of illustrations. They are central elements in the 34 (!) language versions of the Code. Diversity was also important to us in the communication channels: printed copies, posters, animations, and an e-learning tool ensure that the rules are optimally accessible to virtually all employees - and above all, are enjoyable.
