In the new employer brand campaign, a total of six faces of the bank have their say – from young professionals to experienced professionals and market experts. Their statements, such as “Work is not a question of routine, but of diversity” or “Performance is not a question of actionism, but of results”, show the diversity as well as the professional and industry expertise of Hamburg Commercial Bank as an employer and trusted bank.

GO FORWARD COURAGEOUSLY WITHOUT BECOMING OVERCONFIDENT

Self-confident: That means courageous in decisions, but also sincere and authentic. The imagery from the city shooting in Hamburg additionally underlines the brand identity – and represents the Hamburger Bank just as genuinely as the employees in the clips.
