The fourth Deutsche Börse China-EU Equity Forum took place on 20 September 2011 in Shanghai. More than 300 participants included investment banks, PE-investors, law firms, IPO advisors, financial intermediaries, audit firms and entrepreneurs from China. Klaus Rainer Kirchhoff, CEO of Kirchhoff Consult, talked about the requirements that Chinese Enterprises have to fulfill when aiming for an IPO in Germany. Kirchhoff Consult already assisted 10 chinese enterprises with an IPO.

Kirchhoff Consult AG awarded as „Best Agency of the Year“ for the fourth time
The League of American Communications Professionals (LACP) once again awarded Kirchhoff Consult AG as the „Best Agency of the Year“ among international annual report agencies.
This year, 21 reports created by Kirchhoff were awarded: seven platinum awards, five golden awards, eight silver awards and one bronze award went to 16 clients of the consultancy and design agency.

Kirchhoff assists Youbisheng Green Paper with entering the Prime Standard
Kirchhoff Consult AG has successfully assisted Youbisheng Green Paper AG with its IPO in the Prime Standard. The first share price was EUR 6.60 and therefore exceeded the issue price of EUR 6.50.
With Youbisheng Green Paper AG, Kirchhoff Consult has assisted its 58th company with an IPO since the year 1998, which makes it the leading IPO consultancy for small and mid caps in Germany.

Since today, the Chinese China Specialty Glass AG is listed in the Frankfurt stock exchange’s Prime Standard. With this IPO, Kirchhoff Consult AG has helped 57 companies to go public since the year 1998.

Kichhoff assists United Power with IPO
The United Power Technology Group, one of the leading Chinese producers of engine-driven generators, has successfully gone public in the Frankfurt Stock exchange’s Prime Standard. With this IPO, Kirchhoff Consult AG has now assisted 56 companies with an IPO since 1998, which makes the company rank first in Germany.
